At Aliada Learning Coach, I offer comprehensive support designed to meet the unique needs of every teen. I focus on building essential skills, fostering academic confidence and promoting effective learning strategies.
Spanish and English Mastery
ALC provides individualized tutoring in grammar, speaking, reading, writing, and listening for both Spanish and English. My goal is to empower students to excel in both languages.
I keep students engaged in their language learning throughout the year to keep skills fresh and to prevent the dreaded slump due to inactivity,
ACT Preparation & Score Improvement
As a trained ACT tutor, I prep students for the advanced grammar and reading components of the exam, along with sharing effective test-taking strategies to maximize their scores.
Students looking to improve ACT scores will have an analysis session (if applicable) based on previous performance. Areas of growth will be the focus of the sessions.
Organizational Skills & AI Usage
I work with students to develop effective study habits and planning strategies. They learn how to manage their time, organize materials and approach learning most effectively.
Emphasis is placed on using AI as a teaching tool, rather than a work-replacement tool. Students learn how to use AI to explain concept processes and to help them think more deeply and critically.

I incorporate an ethical AI usage component in most sessions, teaching strategies which leverage AI as a teaching and critical thinking tool.
